Weather shows as unavailable

If you see "Weather data unavailable" after tapping Get Current Location and Weather, the most common reason is that weather capture is a licensed feature that isn't enabled for your organization. It's not available on every account.

Your report is still valid without weather — location, map, audio, and photos all work normally. If your organization should have weather enabled, ask your admin to check the license.

My location isn't detected

  • Make sure the iPad has a network connection (the ONLINE indicator shows at the top of the Create New Report screen).

My audio didn't upload

  • Check the connection indicator, then retry the section's upload.

The report is stuck on "Processing"

Generation normally takes a few moments. If it doesn't complete:
